Job Description:

in patient service and medical education. As a Clinical Nurse III
in our Adult Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in
this commitment, delivering expert nursing care to patients in
acute settings during night shifts. This position requires a
passion for patient care, the ability to handle high-stress
situations, and a commitment to team collaboration and continuous
professional development. Provide high-quality nursing care for
adults in an emergency setting. Assess patient conditions through
careful examination, collate health history, and monitor vital
signs. Administer medications, treatments, and maintain detailed
records of patient care activities. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive emergency care.
Educate patients and their families on management of their
conditions and post-hospital care. Implement and evaluate patient
care plans and adjust as necessary. Assist in the training and
supervision of junior staff and nursing students. Advanced
proficiency in emergency care nursing skills Strong decision-making
and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure
environments Proficient in the use of medical software and EMR
