Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our dynamic Neurosciences and Epilepsy Monitoring team. This position involves providing specialized care to patients with neurological conditions and those requiring epilepsy monitoring. Provide specialized nursing care to neurological and epilepsy patients in a monitoring environment. Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate clinical decisions. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. Participate in research and clinical trials as part of treatment plans. Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care services. Strong clinical skills with a focus on neurology and epilepsy care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly specialized environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using medical software and patient care technology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Certification in Neurological Care (CNC) or similar is highly preferred.
