Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the construction sector. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. Unearth clients' business needs and recommend appropriate products or customized solutions. Foster and develop relationships with customers and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client project demands are met. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to a range of prospective clients. Keep a pulse on industry trends to support sales strategies and practice continuous improvement. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. Strong networking ability. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Solid understanding of construction processes and market dynamics.
