As a HVAC Service Sales Rep, you will be responsible for initiating and building profitable service relationships between new customers and Johnson Controls.

  Job Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Identify and target new customers within an assigned geographic territory
    
  • Develop and implement territory marketing plans consistent with the company's business strategy
    
  • Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs and propose solutions
    
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase business opportunities
    
  • Work with sales and operations professionals to achieve sales goals
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • 2-3 years of progressive sales experience
      
    • Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail
      
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
      
    • Knowledge of building HVAC systems
      
    • Post-secondary education
      
      
      Salary Range: $40,000-$52,000 (salary to be determined by education, experience, and internal equity)
