Full-Time, ExemptThe Reporting Business Analyst will be responsible
for one or more aspects of the Operational Reporting delivery
lifecycle, including project management, business analysis, data,
training, documentation, and support. The candidate must be
extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, and be
able to prioritize work and conversations to most effectively meet
needs as the business grows. An ideal candidate is someone that is
good at understanding "what" and "why" a given business area is
trying to accomplish and is then able to match it with "how" any of
our tools in the MVP technology stack fits into the solution. MAIN
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the business areas to define
user requirements and map them to existing or new reporting
functionality
- Perform out of the box (OOB) CRM configuration tasks and
activities related to views, forms, user configuration, and
processes under the guidance and structure of the CRM
administration team.
- Participate in support of the operational reporting team,
suggesting resolutions and helping to maintain a stable production
environment.
- Develop test plans, scenarios and regression sets based on user
acceptance testing plans to ensure acceptance criteria is met.
- Training power users helping them understand the reporting
tools being created, while gathering feedback in how to improve
their usability.
- Stays up to date on MVP's technical stack, governance, and
controls, and makes recommendations as to where enhancements may be
applicable to our business.
- Coordinate with IT and/or partners on any custom development,
complex customizations, and development efforts. POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or
equivalent in experience and education Minimum Experience : Minimum
five years' professional experience in a health-related environment
or service operations. Experience and understanding of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM. 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst (BA), or
Project Management type role preferred Desirable Experience: Strong
project management and business analysis background . Certified BA,
and/ or Scrum Master, Product Owner. Experience interfacing
external vendors, partners, etc. Process engineering discipline
(six sigma, lean, etc.). Entrepreneurial mindset geared toward the
creation, execution, and continuous improvement. Required Skills:
- Ability to influence both horizontally and vertically within
organization to keep project goals on track
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with a high level of
autonomy and independence
- Strong leadership skills with ability to function tactically
with business areas but is also comfortable with senior level staff
to gain buy in and support
- Adept in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the management
of data and reports
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change
management
- Exceptional skills in critical thinking and problem
solving
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively
in verbal and written presentations
- Skilled in decision-making, conflict resolution and meeting
facilitation
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally
- Proven ability to author reporting related or IT development
requirements
- Able to tolerate stress in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create a strategy & vision and deploy it into the
