  • Fast paced and physical warehouse work - why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?
    
  • Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
    
  • Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
    
  • Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
    
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

    Additional Location Information: $18.00 /hour
    
    Up to $18.00 /hour to start*
    Includes a pay enhancement of $1 per hour for all package handlers from 11/7/21-1/1/22 and a $0.50 per hour AM (10PM-10AM) pay enhancement from 11/7/21-1/1/22.
    
    This location is participating in an Weekend Hours Worked bonus program from 9/19/2021 to 12/25/2021. If package handlers work Saturday or Sunday in the pay period, they will earn a $50 bonus. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
    
    This location is participating in a 6th Day Attendance bonus program from 10/31/21 to 12/25/21. If a package handler works six days in a work week (Sun - Sat), they will earn a $75 bonus. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
    
    This location is participating in a Cash Referral Program from 8/16/20 to 12/18/21. Current Package Handlers have the opportunity to receive a $350 bonus payment for referring an individual to work as a Package Handler at this location. The bonus will be paid to referring employees once their referral has completed 45 days of employment for each referred package handler. Certain conditions apply. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
    
    This location is hiring for part-time positions to start ONLY. Available schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.
    
    Pay Scale ($1.00 overnight differential dependent on shift):
    $15.50/$16.50 to start
    $16.00/$17.00 at 1 year
    $16.50/$17.50 at 2 years
    $17.00/$18.00 at 3 years
    $17.50/$18.50 at 4 years
