Job Description:

Open Enrollment season approaches. Open Enrollment is the yearly period when people can enroll in a health insurance plan. MVP will be experiencing an increased call volume from existing and new members. These service desk analysts are being onboarded to prepare for the increased volume of calls. This position requires a Monday - Friday 8 - 5 commitment. The analysts can expect to take 40 - 60 calls a day with each call lasting approximately 5 - 8 minutes. A bulk of the calls will involve troubleshooting online problems that members are running into, resetting passwords, inputting information into access forms and other miscellaneous site administrative work.Training will be provided as well as talking scripts to the service desk analysts. Experience in customer service and a proven ability to defuse irate customers is the ideal experience for candidates.Skills:servicedesk, help desk, support, phone, customer supportTop Skills Details:1 - 2 years of prior PC support experience is required, specifically with trouble ticketing systems2 - 2 years of customer service experience3 - Experience with Windows / MS OfficeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Healthcare experience is a plusAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
