Position Details: Residential Service Specialist
--- Location: Ticonderoga, NY (Must live within 30 minutes)
--- Shift: Primarily M-F Days. May have night/weekend on call rotation.
--- Compensation: $80K-$85k (paid hourly) plus OT

Position Description:
Work with customers and your service team to provide services the customer has ordered. You will work mainly at one customer location. The equipment utilizes the following: Electricity, Electronic boards, small valves, gaskets, network products, tubing, actuators, sensors, handheld configuration terminals, bearings, cabling, computers, pneumatics, water and air.

Responsibilities:
--- Performing Preventive Maintenance of quality control system equipment that Measures (Analyzes) product quality at the customer's pulp/paper mill locations
--- You will also be promoting service contracts, service upgrades, training and other service solutions that provide a value to the customer.

Requirements:
--- The ideal fit for this role is a technician with 3-5+ years of electrical or electronic troubleshooting experience with a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of processes.
--- Have a good understanding of how computers communicate (networking), and ideally some exposure to programming (any language).
--- Willingness to be on call 24x7 for emergency services within 30 minutes by phone.
--- Possess a "Got to get it done," and "I want to learn everything I can about these systems," attitude.
