our team. The Executive Assistant will filter and attend to the
day-to-day functions of Chief Executives so that the executives and
other senior staff can focus on high-level leadership and strategy
functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide excellent
day-to-day support to executive team members, including
professional and timely communication, complex and dynamic calendar
management for internal and external meetings, managing travel
arrangements, and timely completion of expense reports and purchase
requisitions. Prepare a variety of correspondence, pull reports,
spreadsheets, presentations, metrics and data, meeting prep
packets, and other documents ensuring proper format, grammar,
spelling, and punctuation. This includes providing support for
Board and Committee meetings. Review and reconcile company
expenditures and statements; identify expenses and provide
up-to-date reporting as needed.Support office administration, like
ordering supplies/inventory, handling mail, managing logistics,
perform light housekeeping duties, etc.Identify opportunities for
process and office management improvements; design and implement
new systems.Plan, coordinate, and facilitate company events,
meetings, off-sites, luncheons, and other special
functions.Organize internal and external meetings for multiple
executives/teams including agenda and follow-up action item
coordination.Maintain current and accurate electronic documents in
appropriate company files.Serve as headquarters' main point of
contact for vendors; schedule equipment maintenance requests and
obtain quotes as needed.Build cross-functional relationships with
key partners in other departments on projects, initiatives, and
events as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned. This job

EducationBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
experience such as business administration, project management, or
psychology. Equivalent work experience in a related field may be
considered in lieu of degree requirements. Non-traditional
background providing high-touch support to an executive team
considered.Required Skills and Abilities2+ years of scheduling
experience. Executive or administrative support experience
required.Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint, Adobe, data management systems, and other software as
needed.Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualizing and
prioritizing objectives and exercise independent judgment. Ability
to observe schedules, multi-task, prioritize, and meet assignment
deadlines.Exhibits excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
for all levels of management.Strong desire and knowledge of
performing administrative duties. Salary Range:
$58,000-$75,000/year commensurate with skills and experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis position involves sedentary work that
primarily involves sitting/standing, use of typical office
equipment such as a computer, laptop, and cell phone. May include
light work that includes moving objects up to twenty (20) pounds
independently or with assistance. The physical demands described
