This job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the
responsibilities of this position and may perform other duties as
assigned or required.
We are seeking a self-motivated team player that possesses highly
technical and excellent people skills. This role will not be
hands-on development but must have a prior development
background.
The individual must have an advanced understanding of:
As an architect you will work directly with our platform and
product teams on multiple engagements to provide technical
leadership and guidance. Strong candidates will have development
and operational experience at large scale and a solid understanding
of cloud computing and technology systems.
Evaluate architectural options, define overall architecture of our
systems, and develop system documentation according to SAFe Agile
principles and industry standards.
Promote best practices and patterns in software development.
Interface with Product Managers and IT stakeholders at the project
level providing architectural oversight and technical consulting
support on either vendor or internal applications and
interfaces.
Drive engagement with Enterprise Architecture, IT Security,
Infrastructure and Product teams to ensure secure development and
deployment of solutions.
Conduct industry research, facilitates new product and vendor
evaluations, and assists in vendor selection.
Mentor and coach other members of the engineering teams, possess
excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability
to interact professionally with a diverse group, developers,
project managers, business analysts, user support specialist and
subject matter experts.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance issues
as they exist and change from time to time.
