Role: PeopleSoft Consultant

Location: Schenectady, NY

Experienced in managing interaction with multiple health and life insurance companies/vendors

Experienced in managing implementation and/or maintenance of employee benefit data transmission to health and life insurance companies



Job Duties and skills needed:

Project Management of various transition projects

Coordination and integration across all suppliers to stand them up independently.

Support RTB ongoing supplier management to supplement current resources who will be focused on the project implementation

Strong project management experience; organizational skills; ability to coordinate and interact across the levels of the organization;

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to build relationships; ability to communicate clearly and effectively; ability to see the big picture;

Supplier engagement experience; customer service experience; benefits delivery/operations experience;

Ability to analyze and solve problems; interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships
