Sr. Solutions Architect - Order to Cash - (19000185)Description General Description: The Solution Architect - Order to Cash will be involved in the solution design and governance and ongoing support in the Sales and Distribution functional area of IT systems. This position acts as a primary functional owner. The person will be responsible to ensure that the systems are configured for the maximum benefit and will work very closely with the commercial, customer service, logistics and other departments. Key Responsibilities: Solution ownership and governance for the sales and distribution functional areaDesign, develop, configure and maintain best practice solutionsMaintain internal Knowledge Base to help SAP users troubleshoot issues on their ownDefine and document business requirements and objectives and translate these into system requirements and automation. This includes writing functional and technical documents and specificationsProvide expertise on new application releases and implementation of new functionality using SAP and other toolsManage the preparation of and participate in end user systems acceptance testing.
