Job Description Job Description Machine Operator – Day Shift in Guilderland Center, NY Our client is seeking a CNC operator to join their team! This full-time, day shift role offers competitive pay, great benefits, and the chance to grow with a team that values quality and innovation. What You’ll Do: Operate and program HOMAG saws, edge banders, and WEEKE CNC machines. Perform daily maintenance and ensure accurate, high-quality production. Inspect materials, prepare cut lists, and safely handle equipment. Keep work areas clean and report equipment issues promptly. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Team player with a positive, learning mindset. Manufacturing experience a plus, but training provided. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
