As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the production team supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Operator Location: Ballston Spa, NY Pay Range: $18.50/hour Shift: 2pm - 10pm, 10pm-6am What's the Job? Operate and monitor machinery within the manufacturing line to ensure smooth production flow Perform quality checks and document results accurately Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report any malfunctions Support team members in achieving daily production goals What's Needed?
