Job Description:

Essential Duties and Tasks To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily and meet all health, safety and housekeeping regulations. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Safely Operate warehouse equipment as needed including but not limited to motorized forklift with various attachments (clamp, fork, probe) · Ability to receive and maintain equipment certification if applicable · Read and follow instructions · Move material within the facility to ensure machine centers are stocked, deliveries are loaded and unloaded according to protocol. · Keeps warehouse and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging and cleanliness requirements · Verification and tracking of all material moved including quantity, size, and packaging · Complete all necessary documents for internal or external use · Works with minimum supervision · Handles moderately complex issues and problems · All other duties as assigned Qualifications, Education and Experience · Prior equipment, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred · Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence · Ability to communicate verbally and in writing · Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure · Solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and related manufacturing · Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), email and calendar capabilities. · Maintains strict confidentiality and protects the privacy of confidential/sensitive information. · Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines. · Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options. · Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
