actually moves through a company — not just how it’s sold, but how
it’s booked, billed, and trusted? We’re looking for a Revenue Data
Integrity Associate to help keep our revenue data clean, accurate,
and ready to scale. In this role you’ll work closely with Revenue
Operations, Sales, and Finance to review closed deals, ensure
Salesforce data is complete and correct, and help prevent small
issues from becoming big problems downstream. This is a hands-on,
detail-oriented role with real visibility into how deals flow from
close to invoice. You’ll develop a deep understanding of revenue
operations, data quality, and cross-functional processes — and
you’ll play a meaningful role in improving how the business runs

Responsibilities Define and monitor “critical fields” and data
standards across core objects Build dashboards and audits for
completeness, consistency, duplicates, and trend analysis Manage
duplicate strategy (rules, merging approach, governance) Perform
strategic data enrichment activities to build account intelligence
Support key data migration efforts from current & future
acquisitions Partner with systems team on targeted validation
rules, layouts, and permission hygiene Run monthly “defect review”
and root-cause action planning Maintain a controls catalog and
change management process Perform Revenue Readiness checks for
closed-won deals (terms, dates, SKUs, pricing, billing info)
Coordinate corrections with Sales, Deal Desk, and RevOps (fast
turnaround) Maintain readiness checklist and continuously improve
it based on failure patterns Track and report defect trends;
recommend training and controls Create “clean close” enablement
assets and feedback loops to sellers/managers Maintain
documentation and change control process Support reporting fixes

years in RevOps/Sales Ops/Deal Desk/Order Management/GTM Systems
Process-minded; can translate operational pain into system controls
Highly detail-oriented; comfortable pushing back diplomatically
Excellent stakeholder communication; calm and firm in governance
Preferred Qualifications Strong Salesforce reporting literacy;
comfortable with data audits and reconciliation Salesforce admin
experience/certification is a plus Has built/owned data quality
metrics before Has experience with order-to-cash or quote-to-cash
handoffs Has worked closely with Finance/RevRec/AP/AR Wondering if

this role is $65,000 to $95,000. The starting salary will be
determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal
equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary,
our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity
awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on
