comp founding-level equity We’re a venture-backed healthcare
startup building an AI-powered platform to accelerate hospital
discharge and post-acute care coordination. Hospitals are facing an
existential capacity and margin crisis — and we’re solving a
problem that directly impacts patient outcomes and hospital
survival. The Role: We’re hiring our Founding Head of Engineering
to architect and build the core product while establishing the
engineering function from scratch. This is a hands-on role — you’ll
write code daily and work directly with the founders on: Core
product and system architecture EHR, payer, and partner
integrations Key technical decisions (stack, build vs. buy) Hiring
and mentoring the early engineering team Setting engineering
culture and standards You Might Be a Fit If You Have 7 years of
full-stack experience Have led or mentored engineers Have built 0?1
products at startups Still love coding and want to stay hands-on
Care deeply about product quality and user impact Are NYC-based and
excited to build in person Bonus: healthcare, EHR, AI/LLM, or voice
