Job Description:

work. Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 36 months of
Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 24
months. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a New York license (required
for submission). • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program:
AHSA Program - Main. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Skills/Experience: • Must be able to follow & comfortably the
Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac
rhythms 2x/shift. • Strong proficiency & experience working on
Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units Preferred Skills/Experience:
Neuro/stroke experience Required Credentials: • Negative 14 panel
or higher- the following must be listed out & include: Amphetamines
(including methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Barbiturates,
Benzodiazepines, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates (including codeine,
morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone),
Phencyclidine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene, Buprenorphine
and 6-Acetylmorphine. • Driver’s License: Please include both sides
of the Driver’s License. • Preferred Credentials: Unit/Facility
Details: Special Requests: Traveler candidate must have their own
vehicle. Shift & Scheduling: • Weekend Requirements: Every other •
On Call Requirements: None 5 days maximum time off 2 references
from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
