- $15.00 per hour Responsibilities: We are looking for confident
customer service specialist to provide excellent customer service
to a leading utility company. You will strike a balance between
maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.
Our customer service specialist should exhibit professionalism and
trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and
negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Communicate with current customers regarding their overdue
payments
- Provide customers with payment options
- Process payments
- Resolve billing and customer issues
- Update account status records
- Document on account activity and accounts receivable status
Skills
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist or similar
role
- Knowledge of billing procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Comfortable working with targets
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problem-solving skills

Hours For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements
for remote work are as follows:

- Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload Employees
must have dedicated internet connectivity/bandwidth that is

Employees who have significant interruptions according to their
