$530K plus salary. $50,000 sign-on bonus and $100,000 in retention
incentives over five years Manageable caseload with no cardiac or
trauma cases. Diverse caseload: endoscopy, general surgery,
orthopedics, obstetrics and urology. Hospital-employed position
with full benefits and retirement plan. 12 weeks PTO. PSLF
