Job Description:
Albany Medical Center seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse III to
join our innovative Vascular Surgery team. In this role, you will
provide specialized nursing care in a challenging and rewarding
hospital setting. Our ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge
of vascular health problems and demonstrate exceptional clinical
skills in a surgical environment. Join our patient-centered team
committed to pioneering advances in medical procedures and
improving patient outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care for vascular surgery patients. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.
Administer medications and monitor post-surgical recovery. Educate
patients and their families on post-operative care and health
management. Participate in research initiatives and clinical
trials. Proficiency in vascular patient care and management. Strong
surgical assistance skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
surgical setting. Medical Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Certified Vascular Nurse (CVN)
credential preferred.
