to academia and research. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care
plans for patients Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
optimize patient outcomes Participate in research and apply
evidence-based practices Educate patients and their families on
health management Monitor patient health and document care
activities Maintain a safe and clean working environment Adhere to
all compliance and condition-specific protocols Strong clinical
skills and medical knowledge Proficiency in electronic health
record systems Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions quickly
