comprehensive patient care using advanced nursing practices
predicated on the latest clinical guidelines. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care
plans. Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and progress
in patient records. Educate patients and their families about
disease prevention and health promotion. Act as a mentor for
nursing staff and students, fostering a supportive learning
environment. Participate in clinical research programs integral to
medical innovation and practice improvements. Advanced clinical
skills with a strong emphasis on patient care and safety. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills for managing care and
providing patient education. Leadership and team collaboration
abilities. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
