Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and treatments effectively with other healthcare providers. Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans in a team-oriented approach. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment home care needs, conditions, and disease prevention. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient health and safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Capacity for making critical decisions under pressure Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
