Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes. Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on patient condition. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Proven ability to provide high-quality patient care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Current Registered Nurse License in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
