Ensure all care practices meet hospital regulations and ethical standards. Expertise in clinical judgement and decision-making Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems Ability to lead and teach others Capacity to handle a high-stress environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
