Job Description A well-established, community-focused healthcare
system in Rome, New York is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist (MD/DO)
to join a supportive and well-structured inpatient team. This is an
excellent opportunity for physicians seeking work-life balance,

PM) - No on-call responsibilities - ??? Average 12–15 patients per
physician - Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist support - ?? Collegial
hospitalist team (40–50 patients total) - ? Paragon EMR -
Non-trauma designated hospital - ? No locums - ? No 1099 Clinical
Responsibilities - Provide inpatient care on a 7 on / 7 off
rotation - Perform daily rounding and admissions - Manage rapid
responses and codes - Collaborate closely with intensivists and
specialists - Conduct histories, physicals, and documentation -
Deliver patient-centered care in a team-based environment ?
Candidate Requirements - ?? Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (BE accepted for new grads;
must become BC within 2 years) - ?? New York medical license (or
willingness to obtain) - ?? DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS - ?? Clean
malpractice and licensing history - ?? Comfortable working in an
open ICU model Compensation & Benefits - Guaranteed base salary:
$250,000 – $275,000 - $15,000 signing bonus - Productivity &
