working with Job.com LLC to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in
Middlebury, Vermont, 05740! We are seeking an experienced Travel
Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care for a 4-week contract
assignment. This role requires a compassionate and skilled RN who
is confident in delivering high-quality care to residents in a
long-term care setting. Responsibilities include: Assessing and
evaluating residents’ health status and developing individualized
care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in patient condition
Providing education and emotional support to residents and their
families Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
ensure comprehensive care Assisting residents with activities of
daily living (ADLs) as needed Responding effectively to emergencies
