We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II to join our Adult Emergency Department. This role requires a compassionate and skilled nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to adapting to the diverse needs of emergency medical situations. The successful candidate will work a 36-hour week during the night shift, offering expert nursing care to a variety of patients in critical conditions. Provide high-quality nursing care for adult patients in an emergency setting. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in response to varying emergency conditions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly with a team-focused approach. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members to ensure optimal care delivery. Maintain patient documentation and adhere to departmental policies and regulations. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with the latest in emergency nursing practices. Strong clinical skills with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergency situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred.
