Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our dynamic B3 General Surgery Trauma team. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Maintain detailed patient records and communicate patient status to relevant parties. Educate patients and their families on post-hospital care and health management. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care and outcomes.
