under the supervision of experienced nursing staff. You will engage

as a healthcare professional in a supportive and challenging
environment. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
under the supervision of a senior RN. Document patient status and
maintain accurate patient records. Administer medications and
assist with patient preparation for surgeries and other medical
procedures. Participate in daily rounds with the healthcare team to
discuss and strategize patient care. Engage in continuing education
to refine skills and improve patient outcomes. Contribute to a
compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological,
and spiritual support to patients and their families. Strong
clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols. Ability to
work effectively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in
electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR certification.
