Assess patient health problems and needs and develop nursing care plans. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to handle stress and make critical decisions in fast-paced environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
