This position involves specialized work in the Otolaryngology (ENT) department, focusing on patient care, assessments, and treatment in coordination with ENT specialists. Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Otolaryngology department. Collaborate with ENT specialists to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans. Perform routine and specialized procedures, including post-operative care and monitoring. Educate patients and their families on ENT health, surgical procedures, and ongoing care needs. Participate in the research and implementation of new medical protocols and treatments. Strong clinical skills in otolaryngology nursing Ability to assess and interpret diagnostic data Proficient in administering medications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Certification in Otolaryngology Nursing (CORLN) is an advantage.
