This role is poised at the heart of our patient recovery efforts, delivering high-quality care during the critical post-surgical period. Ideal candidates will have a deep passion for bedside care and a commitment to fast-paced, dynamic environments where rapid recovery and patient turnover are the norms. Provide comprehensive nursing care for post-surgical patients during their short stay in the unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Ensure a high level of infection control and adherence to hospital protocols. Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to appropriate personnel. Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and recovery processes. Manage multiple patients effectively in a high-intensity environment. Strong analytical and critical thought processing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in handling medical equipment Capability to provide high-quality compassionate care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS Certification recommended
