Job Description:

specialized nursing care for patients with neurological conditions,

comprehensive nursing care for neuro progressive care patients,
focusing on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction. Monitor
patient conditions continuously, responding to and reporting any
significant changes to the appropriate parties. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and
their families concerning conditions, treatment plans, and
recovery. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
and standards. Participate in ongoing educational activities to
stay informed on the latest in neurocare techniques and standards.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on neurological care Ability to
work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems Knowledge of patient safety and
infection control practices Medical Insurance Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of New York Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse
(CNRN) or Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification
highly valued
