Job Description:
Albany Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider known for

and superior patient care, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II
for our Adult Emergency Department. This full-time night position
offers the unique opportunity to work within a dynamic environment

Our emergency department is equipped with state-of-the-art
technology to support our commitment to providing exceptional care
to all patients in emergency situations. Provide critical care to
adults in emergency situations, including assessment, intervention,
and evaluation. Administer medications, and treatments, and
collaborate with physicians to promptly address patient conditions.
Conduct patient and family education regarding treatment processes
and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient
care, treatment, and ongoing evaluations. Manage patient recovery
and discharge plans, engaging with interdisciplinary teams to
ensure continuity of care. Adhere to all departmental safety
protocols and healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills with
the ability to handle high-stress situations Proficient in using
medical software for patient management Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, able to provide compassionate patient support
Team-oriented with the ability to also provide leadership in
patient care Adept in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing
time efficiently Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of practice CPR certification Preferred: Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
