Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our night shift team. This position involves a 36-hour work week with a crucial weekend and holiday rotation. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure transparency and understanding. Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities. Manage patient data using electronic health record systems.
