As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our patients and support our healthcare team. You will engage in clinical practice that supports the health and recovery of patients with diverse healthcare needs, primarily focusing on cardiac care. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitoring and ensuring the quality of health care practices and compliance with hospital policies. Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention strategies, taking into account both medical and psychosocial aspects of care. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Ability to perform detailed assessments of cardiac patients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred: Certification in Cardiovascular Nursing
