The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing top-notch emergency medical care to adult patients during night shifts. This position requires a compassionate professional who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments and is committed to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety. Provide comprehensive and emergency nursing care to patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and operate medical equipment safely. Record patient medical histories and symptoms, updating records in electronic medical systems. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare maintenance. Report directly to the department supervisor and collaborate with physicians to enhance patient treatment plans. Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle severe cases independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records. Capability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS/ACLS certification. Preferred: Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN)
