MC, Cooperstown NY 1 Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed Looking
for ONE locum provider to work 3 days/weekly full time Must Have
Active NY License Max Bill Rates: $5,600 to $5,800/day Start Date:
4/6/2026 End Date: ongoing/until full-time hire Work Schedule: 3
Days Per Week FT Setting: Outpatient only Team Composition: 1 MD to
1 NP onsite. Support staff includes NP to nursing Patient Details:
Volume: 12 to 15 patients/day (varies by patient mix) Case Mix:
~80% Oncology to ~20% Hematology Hematology Scope: Includes both
benign to malignant cases Procedures/Skills: Bone marrow procedures
are a plus (most handled by IR) Credentialing & Requirements: No
temporary privileges granted MSO processing timeframe: ~120 days
(urgent need flagged with credentialing team) Immunization record
required Flu vaccine or declination Negative TB or QuantiFERON Gold
test within 1 year of start Board Certification required EMR: EPIC
