Job Description Description: Our client is currently seeking an
LCSW Clinic Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time,
permanent position. Responsibilities include: Provide direct
supervision to a team of clinical therapists. Perform therapy and
provide crisis intervention services as needed. Perform staff
trainings and supervision to enhance clinical performance.
Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to ensure
program growth. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and
procedures. Qualifications: A master's degree in social work is
required. Must have LCSW licensure in the State of New York or
LCSW, or LCSW-R, or LMHC-D. 5 years of clinical experience is
required. Must have 2 years in a supervisory role. Must have
excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have
effective leadership skills.
