Job Description Hematology/Oncology opening in Cooperstown, NY Located in the Foothills of the Adirondack and Catskill Mountains75 miles from Albany, NY; 190 miles from NYCH1B/J1 Visa Eligible Position Details: Full-time Permanent Employed Teaching opportunity Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians The Bassett Medical Group is multispecialty with over 500 practitioners 1:6 shared remote call Dedicated inpatient oncologist Outpatient only Salary Range: $600,000 - $675,000 based on a 4 day work week. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment. Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000 Fellowship stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
