The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing various mental health disorders and demonstrate strong crisis intervention skills. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health disorders. /n - Administer medications and monitor patient responses. /n - Implement and manage crisis intervention protocols. /n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. /n - Conduct assessments and documentation in Epic charting system. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Must hold a current New York State nursing license. /n - Minimum of 2 years of inpatient mental health unit experience required. /n - BLS certification required. /n - Experience with crisis intervention and behavior management techniques. /n - Familiarity with various patient diagnoses, including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
