Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/12/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Title: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights) Glens Falls, NY Description Unit Details: /t - Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients /t - of Beds in unit: 16 /t - RN to Patient ratio: 4:1 /t - Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric /t - Dress code: any color scrubs /t - Remote Tele Unit /t - MUST be able to follow & comfortably the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies. Requirements /t - MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - [REQUIRED] /t - 3 years experience- [REQUIRED] /t - Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units - [Required] /t - Previous travel experience: [HIGHLY PREFERRED] /t - MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift /t - Neuro/stroke experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED] /t - Please disclose any previous Glens Falls Hospital (or Albany Med) experience on profile /t - NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED Clinician MUST be reliable!
