FLSA: Non-Exempt Reports To: Supervising Scheduling Coordinator
Physical Requirements: General lifting, office environment. Hours
of Work: 35 hours per week. Friday 12pm-9pm, Saturday 8a-8p, Sunday
8a-8p Monday 8a-10am Partial On site and remote. On-call, holiday
work and additional hours as needed or assigned. Pay Range: $27.00
- $35.26 /HR Job Summary: The Weekend Scheduling Coordinator will
have direct oversight of all department specific schedules to
include scheduling and maintaining staff schedules and openings
during the specified weekend hours. Job Qualifications: High school
diploma/GED is required; Associates degree in human services or
related field or enrollment in an accredited degree program
preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working with people with
developmental disabilities and/or related human services program is
preferred. One year of supervisory experience required. Scheduling
experience preferred. Valid NYS driver's license that meets agency
standards and reliable transportation Must be able to read, write
and speak the English language. Major Responsibilities: Maintain
department schedules to ensure adequate staffing. Manage call outs
and ensure proper staffing levels at all homes Assist weekday
scheduling coordinators with proactive scheduling Review schedules
to ensure time off requests and minimum staffing levels are met and
are accurately reflected in all schedules Provide daily schedule
updates to on call managers prior to clocking off shift Performs
direct support duties as needed, this varies and is dependent upon
site assignment. Confirm schedule changes with staff Attend regular
meetings including scheduling meetings, on-call regional meetings
and others as assigned. Work collectively with other
departments/schedulers to manage staffing resources. Work
collaboratively with Coordinators/Managers and Assistant Directors
