Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Embark on a transformative
journey as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in New York, Glens
Falls, where your expertise will light the way for patients
navigating complex respiratory needs. This is more than a
contract—it’s a chance to sharpen your clinical mastery,
collaborate with forward?thinking teams, and shape outcomes that
matter in meaningful ways. You’ll be stepping into a role that
honors evidence?based practice, compassionate care, and continual
growth, all within a community that supports your professional
aspirations. Beyond the hospital walls, New York’s diverse
landscapes invite exploration—from the tranquil beauty of the
Adirondack foothills to the sparkling shores of Lake George, and
the cultural vigor of nearby towns along the Hudson River. The
state’s natural wonders, seasonal festivals, and vibrant dining
scenes create an inspiring backdrop for balance between demanding
shifts and restorative downtime. Location benefits extend beyond a
single site. This opportunity centers in Glens Falls, NY, a
welcoming hub with strong clinical networks, where you’ll be
intimately connected to a multidisciplinary team focused on
patient?centered outcomes. At the same time, you’ll have the
potential to engage in select assignments across other locations in
the U.S., broadening your professional horizons, expanding your
perspective on care delivery, and building a versatile portfolio of
experiences. Travel assignments are designed with flexibility in
mind, so you can plan horizons as wide as your ambition—while still
returning to a familiar community that values your contribution.
Enjoy the advantage of working in a region known for its quality of
life, accessible amenities, and neighborhoods that encourage
connection with colleagues, patients, and families. In this role,
you will deliver clinical excellence across the respiratory
medicine spectrum while pursuing ongoing professional growth. Core
responsibilities include comprehensive patient respiratory
assessments, ventilator management and weaning, initiation and
adjustment of bronchodilator therapies, airway clearance
techniques, chest physiotherapy, aerosolized medications, and
troubleshooting of noninvasive and invasive support modalities.
You’ll interpret arterial blood gases, participate in rounds with
physicians, and contribute to developing individualized care plans
that reflect current guidelines and best practices. Collaboration
is key: you’ll partner with physicians, nurses, therapists, and
respiratory care teams to optimize weaning protocols, minimize
complications, and enhance patient comfort and safety. This
position offers a clear path for skill expansion within the
respiratory therapy specialty, with opportunities to lead education
for staff, participate in quality improvement projects, and gain
exposure to high?acuity cases that sharpen decision?making and
technical proficiency. Competitive benefits accompany your clinical
responsibilities. Expect a weekly pay range of $2,089 to $2,150,
reflecting your expertise and the contract’s scope. The package
includes housing assistance to ease transition and reduce living
stress, a sign?on or performance bonus aligned with program goals,
and extension opportunities that allow you to continue growing
within your specialty on contract extensions. You’ll be supported
by a dedicated travel services team that provides 24/7 assistance,
ensuring you have immediate access to clinical and administrative
help wherever your assignment takes you. In addition, you’ll have
access to professional development stipends, continuing education
credits, and mentorship initiatives designed to accelerate mastery
of the latest standards in respiratory care, enabling you to
advance toward leadership roles within the field. Company values
place your development at the heart of the experience. We are
committed to empowering our staff—cultivating a supportive,
inclusive environment where curiosity is encouraged and expertise
is celebrated. Expect structured pathways for career advancement,
ongoing training tailored to respiratory therapy practice, and a
culture that prizes well?being, work?life balance, and
collaboration. You’ll be part of a organization that believes in
recognizing impact, fostering resilience, and enabling you to
translate bedside skill into broad, lasting improvements for
patients and teams alike. Ready to elevate your impact as a
respiratory care professional? If you’re driven to apply clinical
knowledge to diverse patient populations, eager to mentor others,
and excited by the prospect of exploring new settings while staying

contribution, invests in your development, and stands beside you as
