Job entails performing initial assessments, preparing care plans, visiting clients in their homes to reassess their situations, overseeing HHAs and PCAs on our staff, and maintaining paperwork to meet DOH standards. The Clinical Director position demands someone who has the ability to focus on many details. The NYS DOH, which oversees licensed home care companies, does biannual on-site visits to ensure that we are doing everything according to the regulations governing our operations. Our current Clinical Director has done an excellent job of organizing the paperwork, but it will be up to you to ensure that all is kept up to date and is accurate. Dedication.
