Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – House Supervisor (Nights) Location: Gouverneur, NY Facility: Saint Lawrence – Gouverneur Hospital (Rochester Regional Health System) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: March 9, 2026 Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12s (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend Traveler Radius: Must live 50 miles from facility (locals not accepted) Weekly Pay: $2,350 – $2,450 per week Job Overview We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor RN for a travel assignment at a 25-bed acute care facility in Gouverneur, NY. The House Supervisor will oversee nursing operations across all units during night shift and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery. Average Daily Census: 19 patients Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing care across all inpatient units Lead Code Management, Rapid Response, and Crisis Intervention Oversee bed management, admissions, transfers, and post-procedure placements Manage facility/bed diversion and transfer to higher levels of care Monitor and report sentinel events Ensure compliance with DPH, TJC, OSHA, and regulatory standards Support discharge AMA processes Promote infection control and workplace safety standards Provide leadership support to nursing staff during night operations Patient Diagnoses Include CHF, Pneumonia, Chest Pain Rule-Out, Syncope, Diverticulitis, Cellulitis, COPD, ETOH Withdrawal, Opiate Withdrawal, Debility 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing As a travel nurse, you'll work in various healthcare settings, gaining exposure to diverse patient populations, medical procedures, and healthcare systems.
