Job Description:
St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking to
recruit a board-certified Urologist with fellowship training and/or
significant experience in urologic oncology, with a strong clinical
focus on bladder cancer, to join our high-volume, multidisciplinary
cancer program. Key Highlights High-volume bladder cancer
population, including muscle-invasive and complex disease cases.
Clinical emphasis on: Radical cystectomy Urinary diversion Advanced
robotic surgical techniques Practice environment Established,
high-volume, private practice- no trauma coverage Driven by
referrals across three states Supported by in-house PAs for
inpatient care and OR first-assisting State-of-the-art technology
Access to 10 DaVinci Xi and DV5 robots Surgeries performed at St.
Peter’s Hospital with dedicated block time with robotic platforms
Recruitment Package: St Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates,
P.C. offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that
includes: 50k Starting Bonus Competitive base salary with RVU and
Quality earning potential. Starting salary range is between
$375,000 - $410,000. The posted salary reflects the starting range
of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses,
incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift
incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to
the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME
allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group
employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in
accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the
