Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness, and the overall treatment plan. Maintain patient records and prepare reports on clinical status. Ensure adherence to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Strong clinical skills in pediatric care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
